For those who are not suitable for moving, the application form shall be submitted to the logistics department, and the maintenance personnel of the logistics department shall sign for it and indicate the repair date, and deliver it for use on time. 4. When the equipment used by each department fails, the equipment shall not be taken to other places for repair without approval.
